My First Time using Botica Bliss bath tea

Who doesn't love relaxing in a nice warm bath?!? I sure do! It really is one of the only times I get to recharge and literally not do a darn thing!! haha! I love bubble baths, bath salts, and bath bombs but I was recently intrigued with the Botica Bliss bath teas that I just had to try it! If you're not sure what a bath tea is, it's pretty much exactly like it sounds. The natural organic blend goes into a reusable muslin bag and steeps your bath water just like you would steep a cup of tea to drink. How fun does that sound?

I was sent the BB No.2 Tranquil Nights bath tea from the amazing Botica Bliss team (thanks guys!) and I'm so happy to share this amazing company with you! There are currently three varieties of bath teas and they all look divine! I liked that the bath tea kit came with the organic muslin bag and wooden spoon, which made it easy for me to measure the perfect amount of tea to put in the bag.

I felt refreshed after soaking for just 15 minutes. My skin felt soft and I enjoyed the aroma the tea created very very much. It was the perfect time for me to breathe deeply and take it all in. The formula was so decadent (when is smell-o-vision going to be invented?!?!)

BB No.2 Tranquil Nights promotes a restful and peaceful sleep. It has:

Calendula flowers: Key actions- tissue healer, anti-inflammatory.
Lavender flowers: Key actions- relaxing, aromatic, anti-depressant.
Jasmine buds:  Key actions- anti-depressant, antiseptic, anti-spasmodic.
Chamomile flowers: Key actions- relaxing, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic
Bicarbonate soda: Key actions- soothes, detoxify, alkalize your body, soften dry skin.

This bath tea was also gentle enough for my kids to enjoy. They thought it was funny to have a bath in tea! I recommend trying a tea bath if you're looking for something different than your regular relaxing bath products.
