I finally got the chance to try magnetic lashes and unfortunately, I have nothing good to say about them. I must admit, I was hesitant to write this review because I don't like bashing brands or products (I still won't mention the brand) BUT I could not in good conscience let anyone spend money on something that just doesn't work. MAYBE it was the ones I tried, sure...but the proof is in the pudding here, so learn from my experience if you're considering buying magnetic lashes.
Not even my favourite Snapchat filter can make these look good |

Even though the lashes didn't fit at all, I liked how lightweight and easy it was to use. It's too bad these lashes didn't fit the bill as a product I could love. I'm so sad :( Have you tried false magnetic lashes before? Let me know how you liked them by leaving a comment!
What? Never heard of these before. How do they stay attached? xx
ReplyDeleteThe magnets hold the lashes in place...but these ones didn't do a great job :(
DeleteHaven't tried them yet but they sure do sound great if they actually worked great.
ReplyDeleteI'm so bad at putting on lashes, so I need all the help I can get! But perhaps magnets aren't the solution. Thanks for sharing, x
ReplyDeleteI have been SO interested to know about these. Thanks for the heads up - it'll be a no for me!
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your review and I have heard mixed opinions on these. I have no interest in trying them I think I would be worried about them falling off all day. A good quality low toxic mascara is definitely the way to go :)
ReplyDeleteI have seen these in the stores and was thinking about trying them! Glad I found your review!
ReplyDeleteOmg! I got a pair and I have the SAME PROBLEM! It looks sooo weird and I can't really use it. :(

I was thinking the same. They'll be huge for a bit and then die down. Not worth it.
ReplyDeleteI'm so horrible at putting on regular fake lashes, I couldn't imagine trying to use magnetic ones! Haha!
ReplyDeleteI've heard of these a few times over the last 6 months or so. I'd be scared of the magnet falling off and somehow getting into my eye. I'd rather stick with glue :)
ReplyDeleteI’ve seen the ones at Walmart and I thought about trying them (I believe they were $29 for 3 pairs or something like that). I looked at the reviews and they were fair! I figured if anything, I could use them for blog photos where I’d only wear lashes for 20 minutes or so anyway! It’s a neat idea. Too bad they didn’t work out!
ReplyDeleteI was so curious about them but also pretty skeptical. Thanks for sharing your experience! I won’t waste my money!
